Pelvitrack - Predictive care for safer births

Pelvitrack is a European research project developing the first real-time diagnostic device to monitor perineal tissue during birth, helping clinicians predict and prevent pelvic floor injuries before they happen.

Yarrh Studio partnered with the Pelvitrack team to create a clear, credible brand and digital presence for a complex, research-led innovation, translating technical thinking into something accessible, human and trustworthy.

  • Pelvitrack sits at the intersection of medical research, engineering and maternal health. The challenge was to communicate a highly technical concept clearly, without losing sensitivity, accuracy or trust.

The brand needed to speak to clinicians, researchers, partners and funders, while remaining understandable to a wider audience. Everything had to feel calm, professional and evidence-led, avoiding unnecessary complexity or clinical coldness.

  • Yarrh Studio focused on clarity first.

The project began with developing a visual identity that balanced clinical credibility with approachability. From there, the work extended across digital, motion and video, ensuring consistency in tone, language and visuals at every touchpoint.

Complex ideas were broken down into simple, readable moments, supported by animation and motion to explain processes that are difficult to show physically.

  • Yarrh Studio delivered a full suite of creative support across the project, including branding, website design, animation and video.

The website was designed to clearly explain Pelvitrack’s purpose, research context and impact, while supporting long-term growth as the project evolves. Animation and video were used to communicate the problem space, the innovation, and the wider implications for maternal health in a clear and sensitive way.

Every element was designed to work together, visually, technically and narratively.

  • The result is a cohesive, research-led brand and digital presence that clearly communicates Pelvitrack’s mission: moving maternal care from reactive treatment to predictive prevention.

The work supports Pelvitrack’s role within a multi-partner European research consortium and provides a strong foundation for ongoing communication, collaboration and funding engagement.
